New: 8th & Filbert Parking Garage

We are just getting started on a terrific project in Philadelphia.

As part of a team including architects Wallace Roberts & Todd (WRT) and lighting designers L’Observatoire International, we are working to transform a mid-60s parking garage from eyesore to icon and have it serve as a gateway to the Market East area of Philadelphia. It’s not much to look at now, but we have big plans for this building.
