Located in the heart of Singapore’s central business district, signage for the 48-story tower features a monumental illuminated identification sign of articulated dichroic letter forms set into black granite. Plaque and totem signs take advantage of transparent materials resulting in a delightful interplay of figure/ground and visual depth. Bright colors add to the contemporary, upbeat feel of the building’s interior spaces.

The car park at Ocean Financial Center provides 10 levels of above and below grade parking as well as access to loading bays and service areas. The public car park features bright colors and bold graphics to enhance the visual and physical appeal of the building.

A green wall covers the exterior of the facility allowing for the circulation of fresh air while protecting the building from sun, wind, and rain. Displays for the parking guidance system are incorporated into the entrance signs and informs users of space available. Lift lobbies and accessible pathways are clearly marked making the car park user friendly for drivers and passengers alike. The car park also includes charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles. Intended primarily as an amenity for Ocean Financial Centre tower, the car park has below grade connections to an adjacent car park and office tower.
